Jodie Harms and Halie Tenopir volunteered as the cleanup crew for the Eastmont Foundation’s “Monopoly for the Monarch” fundraiser on March 24, 2024. The Eastmont Foundation is dedicated to supporting assisted living (AL), independent living (IL), hospice, and senior living communities in Lincoln, NE. This particular fundraiser benefits The Monarch Charity Care Fund, which provides compassionate hospice care to those in need.
Interestingly, one of the residents had reserved a table but didn’t have anyone to join them. Seizing the opportunity for companionship, Jodie and Halie decided to participate in the festivities alongside the residents. The group of four enjoyed themselves, and they even had the chance to meet Mr. Monopoly Man in person!
