Susanna Rogers recently had the privilege of attending the Panhandle Dementia Coalition meeting, hosted by Cheryl Brunz, Director of Western Nebraska Aging.

The event was a powerful reminder of how important dementia education is for our entire community—especially those of us in home care. Dementia is something very close to Cheryl’s heart, and we’re honored to have been included in this vital conversation.

In the photo below, Susanna is pictured alongside Sadie Hinkel and Jenna Hynek from the Nebraska Alzheimer’s Association.

While all local in-home care agencies were invited, only AmanaCare and Helping Hands attended. We’re proud to show up, learn, and continue building the connections that make care in our region stronger.
