AmanaCare was founded by Kathleen Horsley, a registered nurse whose passion for service was born from her own family’s caregiving experience. Erich, our CFO and minority owner, brings a heart for mission work from his time as a Catholic missionary. Tim, our Chief Operations Officer, offers a wealth of experience in senior care leadership. In Lincoln, Jenny and Mikah manage operations and care coordination with compassion and efficiency. Joann, based in our Kearney office, is known for her servant’s heart and commitment to helping others. Cindy works diligently behind the scenes to coordinate Medicaid A&D Waiver authorizations and keeps everything running smoothly. And Nikky, our onboarding coordinator, ensures that caregivers are ready to begin providing care as quickly as possible. Together, this team supports the frontline staff who live out our mission of compassionate, faith-based home care every day.
