From shoveling sidewalks during a snowstorm to hauling in wood and picking up extra shifts to ensure her client’s mother gets a much-needed break, Shannon always steps up when she’s needed. She even helped care for both of them when they were sick and includes them in her own family events.

Most recently, Shannon went above and beyond for her client Kylie’s birthday—helping decorate, spending time with them, and even surprising Kylie and her mother Pam with tickets to a Lincoln Stars hockey game. They had an unforgettable time, all thanks to Shannon’s generosity and heart.
