This month, we’re proud to recognize two incredible schedulers who have truly gone above and beyond—Charlene and April.

Charlene has consistently stepped up, taking on a high volume of hours while also supporting areas outside of her usual territory. She handles it all with a great attitude and zero complaints. Her flexibility and willingness to help wherever needed have made a huge difference, and we’re so grateful for her steady presence and dedication. Charlene is able to juggle clients, caregivers, schedules, and last-minute changes with grace.

April is a constant source of positivity and kindness, but her recent efforts have been especially exceptional. She has gone far beyond her normal duties to ensure a particular client, in southeast Nebraska, is supported and set up for success. She’s even worked late into the evening to personally interview caregivers. April’s dedication, insight, and willingness to dig deep to solve problems embody exactly what it means to be part of the AmanaCare team. She’s a true rock star!
