This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Rose Koller, AmanaCare’s Heartland Highlight for September! Rose lives in Broken Bow and works closely with her Care Coordinator, Natalie, and Scheduler, Heather. Her dedication to her clients and her willingness to go above and beyond make her an invaluable member of the AmanaCare family.
Serving with Heart and Commitment
Rose travels long distances to care for a client in Mullen — so much so that her client, Phoebe, loves her so much she even offered to let Rose live with her to make travel easier! While we know that isn’t possible, it’s a powerful reminder of how deeply Rose connects with those she serves through in home care and home care assistance.
An Advocate for Her Clients
Natalie, Rose’s Care Coordinator, says, “Rose cares so deeply for her clients and always calls or texts when something concerns her. She is kind, committed, and isn’t afraid to do the hard work.” Rose recently noticed a client struggling with daily activities and immediately reached out to request modifications, like a handicapped shower and accessible toilet, working alongside AmanaCare and the service coordinator to make life easier and safer for her client.
Going the Extra Mile
Rose’s compassion extends beyond caregiving. She actively encourages others she meets to consider becoming caregivers at AmanaCare, helping us expand our team to better serve Nebraskans. Her dedication perfectly reflects our mission of providing reliable, compassionate medicaid waiver home care and personalized in home care that improves quality of life for every client we serve. Rose, thank you for your kindness, hard work, and advocacy. You’re an inspiration to your clients, our team, and the families you serve!
