At AmanaCare, we believe home care should fit people’s lives—not force families into rigid schedules or all-or-nothing decisions. That’s why our private pay home care services are intentionally designed to meet families exactly where they are, whether that means a few hours of support each week or comprehensive daily care.
Families’ needs change. Seasons of life shift. And the right support at the right time can make all the difference. Our private pay care structure reflects that reality—offering flexibility, clarity, and compassionate support at every stage.
Care That Grows With You
Not everyone needs daily care—or wants it. Some families simply want peace of mind once or twice a week. Others need consistent help with routines. And some require more hands-on, comprehensive support. At AmanaCare, private pay services are thoughtfully organized into levels of care that align with both needs and hours, allowing families to start small and adjust as life changes.
Peace of Mind Visits (1 or 2 shifts per week)
Ideal for individuals who are mostly independent but benefit from an extra set of eyes and hands once or twice each week. These visits focus on:
- Companionship and conversation
- Safety checks
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Errands and grocery trips
- Respite support for family caregivers
This option is perfect for families who want reassurance, connection, and gentle support—without overcommitting.
Daily Comfort & Routine Care (10–15 hours per week)
Designed for individuals who need help staying on track with daily routines. This level of care often includes:
- Assistance with bathing and daily activities
- Mobility support and walking assistance
- Meal planning and preparation
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Transportation to appointments and errands
This care level brings consistency and structure, helping clients remain confident and comfortable at home.
Comprehensive Care (16+ hours per week)
For individuals who require more hands-on support, comprehensive care provides:
- Personal care, hygiene, and grooming assistance
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Medication reminders
- Dementia and memory support
- Post-hospitalization support
- Transfers and mobility assistance
This level offers continuity, familiarity, and a deeper caregiving relationship—often becoming an extension of the family.
Transparent, Fair, and Competitive Pricing
Families can expect competitive pricing that reflects quality, experience, and consistency. Our private pay structure is designed so that the hourly rate decreases as weekly hours increase, helping families balance affordability with reliable care.
During a care consultation, our team walks through options clearly—no pressure, no surprises, just honest answers and thoughtful planning.
Why Consistency Matters—and How We Protect It
One of the biggest concerns families share is caregiver turnover. At AmanaCare, we take that seriously.
72% of our revenue goes directly to our caregivers.
Why? Because caregivers are the heart of everything we do.
By prioritizing fair pay, support, and respect, we create strong caregiver retention—which means:
- Familiar faces
- Strong relationships
- Fewer disruptions
- Better care outcomes
Consistency isn’t just convenient—it’s essential to dignity, trust, and peace of mind.
