Susanna was born and raised in Gering, Nebraska, growing up in a Christian farm family where faith, hard work, and community were foundational. Today, she and her husband are raising their children in the same kind of small-town environment she cherishes — filled with school activities, sports, 4-H projects, and the everyday joys of rural family life.

Her role at AmanaCare centers on building strong relationships with families, caregivers, and community partners throughout the Panhandle. She loves helping families find peace of mind, knowing their loved ones are cared for with dignity, compassion, and respect.

Susanna often says that trust begins with showing up — listening well, caring fully, and following through on what matters most. Her favorite part of her work is witnessing the joy and relief that come when people feel genuinely supported.
