At AmanaCare, we believe that strong relationships build stronger care. This month in Lincoln, our team had the opportunity to connect, learn, and celebrate the partnerships that help us serve Nebraska families with compassion, excellence, and faith at the center of everything we do.

Connecting with Aging Partners

Amber Corbin and Alicia Brown spent time visiting Aging Partners in Lincoln, continuing the conversations that help ensure older adults and their families know where to turn when questions about in-home care arise. These visits are about more than dropping off materials—they’re about understanding community needs, listening to the challenges families face, and making sure our referral partners feel confident in the support AmanaCare can provide.

A Fun and Festive Hard Hat Event

The duo also attended the Hard Hat Networking Event at The Residence at The Gramercy, where attendees were treated to a behind-the-scenes look at the newly renovated building and the beautiful new Independent Living floor. In true Lincoln fashion, the event blended professional connection with plenty of fun—networking guests donned hard hats and Hawaiian leis, giving the afternoon a festive, lighthearted energy while still celebrating the serious work of creating safe, welcoming spaces for seniors.

Teamwork Behind the Scenes

While Amber and Alicia were out in the community, Nikky Pierce, our Onboarding Specialist, joined them for a quick photo op back at the office. It was a great snapshot of how our sales, marketing, and onboarding teams work together every day—from first introduction to first visit—to ensure families experience a smooth, supportive start to care.

This collaboration helps us do two important things at once: make sure our leads receive a thoughtful, personalized onboarding experience, and continue spreading the word about AmanaCare’s faith-based, relationship-driven approach to in-home care.

Alicia Brown, our Business Development Specialist for Lincoln and Omaha, has been with AmanaCare just over a month—and she’s already making an impact. In that short time, she’s visited multiple referral providers, attended networking events, and delivered marketing materials and promotional items to area businesses throughout the region.

Her goal is simple: make sure community partners know who we are, what we stand for, and how we can help families navigate the next right step in their care journey.

We’re grateful for partners like Aging Partners and The Residence at The Gramercy who open their doors, share their spaces, and join us in building a stronger, more connected care community in Lincoln and beyond. Stay tuned for more updates as our team continues to grow relationships and serve Nebraska families—one conversation at a time.
