Supporting Clients and Strengthening Teams
Joanna’s impact goes beyond her own client assignments. Recently, she has stepped into a leadership role by assisting with training new caregivers, particularly in higher-needs cases.
Her ability to guide others while maintaining her own high standard of care speaks volumes about her character and commitment.
She also demonstrated her flexibility and dedication by stepping in to support a family who was initially hesitant about beginning services. By taking time out of her schedule to meet with them, Joanna helped build trust and confidence—ultimately playing a key role in helping that family move forward with care.

In another situation, Joanna took on a case that many thought might be challenging—supporting a Veteran client in York for extended weekly visits. Through her consistency and approach, she was able to build a strong relationship not only with the client but also with his family.

Before joining AmanaCare, Joanna gained experience working in a hospital setting, as well as in banking and customer service roles.
